I’ve been quiet for a week because we’ve been up to the Central Coast for the State and Country Titles (Football/ Soccer) for the under fifteens. And guess what??? The boys won. They are now the state champions. Can you tell I’m a proud mum? We all had such a fantastic week. We stayed at the Blue Lagoon Caravan Park which was just fantastic (if a little cold). The boys were able to go to the beach after the games and then into the heated spa. They also played a lot of soccer tennis, they just can’t keep away from soccer!!
We did manage to take the girls to see the pelican feeding at The Entrance. They learnt that you need to watch out for flying pelicans because they can vent in flight. Ewwwww! I thought it interesting that pelicans have grey skin.
Anyway here are some more BRAKS, these ladies are just so talented.
From Gonny. Customs opened this one to check I wasn’t importing anything. It must have been the button they were worried about
This is from Elise in Holland. http://2prulletje.blogspot.com . Her colouring is lovely.
This is from a fellow aussie Christina in Queensland. http://www.Paper-Scissors-Sketch.blogspot.com The card is just Soooo gorgeous in real life. Thankyou Christina.
Wow!! What can I say, this card has had heaps of work put into it. It has been die cut, embossed and embroidered. Then the flowers in the middle are paper tole. Thanks Ria from the Netherlands.
I just love these stamps. The girl is so cute. I love the way Simone has put the colours together on this one. Her colouring is is so soft too. Simone from The Netherlands.
I said I had a fun time this last couple of weeks with the letterbox. Something arrived nearly every day. It reminded me of the lovely parcels my grandma would send us once a year and how we would be so excited that the parcel had arrived. This time I even found a gift in the card of two lovely stamps of typical dutch houses. I can’t wait to use them. Thankyou Karin.
The next card came from Regina Henne in Germany. She has done some lovely dry embossing. I just wish I had a die cut machine so I could do this too. Thankyou Regina!
